Production draft

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Alentra is a brand operated by Komplete10 LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom and operating from Sweden. These terms remain a private-beta production draft. The company number, registered-office and postal notice address, governing law, venue, liability cap, evidence period, and notice details must still be completed and approved by counsel before paid production availability. A signed order controls where it conflicts with this draft.

1. Service and agreement

These Terms govern access to the Alentra website, business dashboard, API, hosted session page, billing wallet, and related support supplied under the Alentra brand by Komplete10 LTD (“Alentra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Alentra provides four credential-backed primitives—identify, age_verify, light_sign, and sign—inside customer-ordered, versioned workflows whose published revisions are copied into individual sessions. Actual country, credential, and provider availability is the route-specific status published by Alentra. If you use Alentra for an organization, you represent that you may bind it. Production use also requires a signed order or explicit Alentra approval.

2. Sandbox and production

  • The Google Utopia and Commission FormEU sandbox credentials are cryptographically verified test material but do not establish a real person's identity or a legally effective signature. Development-only simulated claims are a separate local feature and are unavailable in deployed sandbox or production.
  • Every production credential route depends on applicable provider and issuer approval, production trust and credentials, browser and device support, issuing-jurisdiction coverage, and Alentra release approval. A listed coming-soon route is not a promise of current availability.
  • You must keep sandbox and production credentials, data, webhooks, and user notices separate and must not represent sandbox output as production evidence.

3. Customer responsibilities

You control the relying-party application and are responsible for:

  • having a lawful purpose and legal basis, presenting required privacy and electronic-record notices, and obtaining valid consent;
  • deciding which claims and steps are necessary, evaluating every gate, and providing any fallback or human-review process;
  • determining whether Alentra is suitable for KYC, age assurance, employment, health, financial, signature, or other regulated use; Alentra is not a complete compliance program;
  • protecting API keys and webhook secrets, verifying X-Alentra-Timestamp and X-Alentra-Signature, and deduplicating at-least-once deliveries with X-Alentra-Delivery-Id;
  • keeping customer metadata non-sensitive where the API says it becomes durable, and ensuring all uploaded content is lawful and safe;
  • maintaining your own records, recovery process, user support, and legally required notices and disclosures.

4. Prohibited use

Do not use Alentra to deceive users, impersonate a relying party, collect unnecessary attributes, violate sanctions or privacy law, discriminate unlawfully, bypass provider rules, probe other tenants, disrupt the service, upload malware or active content, reverse engineer credentials or security controls, resell access without written approval, or make a legal or government-endorsement claim that Alentra has not authorized.

5. Electronic signatures and evidence

For sign, you upload the original document files. Alentra computes their hashes, presents the same bytes to the bound user, and records wallet and signer evidence. For light_sign, Alentra binds the result to the exact inline terms. Alentra does not let the customer provide the authoritative document hash.

Electronic-signature laws such as ESIGN and state UETA rules may apply, but Alentra does not warrant that any result is legally binding, admissible, notarized, qualified, witnessed, or sufficient for a particular transaction. You are responsible for consent, attribution, record accessibility, excluded transaction types, jurisdiction, and counsel review.

Immutable completed evidence. Once a session step completes, neither you nor a user may delete or alter its result, original signed documents, signature, proof, audit record, terminal marker, wallet evidence, or integrity link. Account closure does not delete them. They remain for at least the evidence period in the signed schedule and any applicable legal hold; expiry does not create a customer deletion right. Only uploaded objects never used by a completed sign step and explicitly marked transient may be purged.

A signer may verify an email and receive a clearly labeled interim receipt for the committed prefix or a final receipt for a completed session. The email contains only an opaque link. Active-prefix access lasts at most 48 hours from issuance; after a terminal transition, access cannot outlive the terminal +48-hour deadline. It cannot be extended or reissued, and its expiry does not delete retained evidence or create a customer deletion right.

6. Pricing, credits, taxes, and refunds

  • Rates are stated in the dashboard, public pricing, or signed order. Alentra deducts wallet units only for successful primitive steps unless an order says otherwise.
  • Service credits are prepaid units, not deposits, stored value, or currency. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where law requires.
  • Manual top-ups use embedded Stripe Checkout and have a $5.00 minimum. The amount selected in Alentra is the service-credit amount added to the wallet after settlement.
  • Applicable tax is calculated by Stripe and charged in addition to the selected service-credit amount. Tax is not wallet credit.
  • A settled payment credits the business wallet once; duplicate webhook delivery does not create duplicate credit.
  • Refund requests are reviewed. A refund, reversal, or chargeback may debit previously issued service credits, freeze the affected business, create a negative balance, or suspend use while reviewed.
  • Promotional credit may expire or be revoked for abuse and has no cash value.

7. Data protection

The Privacy Policy describes Alentra's processing. A signed Data Processing Addendum is required where Alentra processes personal data as your processor. You instruct Alentra to preserve completed evidence for the agreed evidence period; that standing instruction survives account closure.

8. Availability and changes

Private-beta features may change and may be interrupted. Provider APIs, wallet coverage, browsers, issuers, timestamp authorities, Stripe, and cloud services are outside Alentra's control. Any production service level must be in a signed order; no public SLA is promised by this page.

9. Suspension and termination

Alentra may suspend access for security risk, prohibited use, unpaid or reversed funds, provider requirements, legal process, or material breach. You may archive a business or submit an account-closure request. Archiving is irreversible and stops new API activity; it does not erase completed evidence. Account closure is staff-reviewed and does not create an automatic deletion right.

10. Ownership and feedback

You retain rights in your application, uploaded content, and customer-provided metadata. You grant Alentra the limited rights needed to host, verify, secure, preserve, and disclose those materials as instructed and required by law. Alentra retains rights in the service, software, documentation, and aggregate non-identifying operational information. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment.

11. Disclaimers and allocation of risk

Except as stated in a signed order and to the extent allowed by law, the private-beta service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Alentra disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, regulatory compliance, legal validity, and universal wallet coverage.

The production limitation-of-liability cap, exclusions, indemnities, insurance allocation, governing law, venue, and enterprise exceptions must be completed by counsel before paid launch. Nothing in this draft excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Contact and notices

The contracting entity is Komplete10 LTD. Operational notices may be sent to the account email or displayed in the dashboard. Legal questions may be submitted through the private contact form. The company number, registered-office and postal notice address, governing law, and final effective date must still be published before paid production availability.

Government-wallet proof, ready to repeat.
